VERY POOR HYGIENE
My last manicure here raised alarms for me! The lady nicked me twice…on two fingers…and the cuticle clipper she used was just pulled out of her drawer…it was not disposable, and seeing as she went straight to me from the previous customer, also had not been cleaned!
Goodness only knows how many people have been cut before me and the instruments not cleaned…it’s quite scary to think of!
I work in a hospital, where instruments are sterilized every time they’re used…or are disposable…
The nail files used here are used on multiple people. You can see when they pull them out that they have already been used…
I’m not sure there is a nail salon around that does not put you at risk of a serious infection or fungal infection…this one definitely does.
The people seem nice. But I’m sorry…I won’t be going back…
My nails always fall off from here. They will not stay on. Lady is very rough and Nick's making me bleed. You man I'd the best there. But he is hard to get and his nails are all falling off two weeks in too. Never had this problem anywhere else. But this place has my color y'all.

Very rude, called to ask about hours for the next day for my Aunt and the woman who answered had such an attitude when answering my question as if it was a problem I called. This is why my wife stopped going there 6 months ago, her and her friend went in almost 2 hours before close and were ran off and told they didn't have time to do them.
The lady with the Bob and Chinese bang was rude off the bat when I went for a fill in and she also gabr me the creeps when it was time to pay she just stood there looking at me behind the counter I would NEVER return

Looking back on the reviews, I see several customers had the same experience I did. I've moved here from St. Louis, and I really wanted to find my forever nail salon since I've been getting my nails done for 15+ years now. Made an appointment and got there about 15 minutes early. Signed in (their sign in sheet is where the errors begin - they should have a column for Appointment vs Walk-in). I even wrote my appointment time down. Sat there and at about 5:55 a mother and her daughter came in and signed in and sat down. Then out of the blue at 6:00 a male worker came over and called them back, like I wasn't even there before them let alone had an appointment! This has actually happened to me at two other salons, so oh no, I did say something and they got me over to the pedi chair, but this made me feel invisible and unimportant. I will not go back! The man who I think is the owner is very rude as well when I said something to him about what just happened.
