Lovely food freundly
A lovely little cafe with movie memorabilia displayed on the walls. I had a really tasty veggie breakfast. I was really taken back by the size of it when it arrived, especially when compared with the price. The staff were welcoming and helpful, even though when I arrived it was very busy with all the tables full.
I've walked along the seafront dozens of times and never seen this place as it's *just* off the main seafront road, but I'd kept seeing posts about it on local social media pages and wanted to check it out. I'm so pleased I did.
It hold a licence and is open in the evenings (according not Google) so would be lovely for a little drink of an evening. Especially because they have Bailey's hot chocolate on the menu. They also so epic sounding milkshakes but I didn't try one as I was too full from the breakfast. I'll have to go again soon for dessert!
If you're after a "greasy spoon" style café that's cheap but serves decent portion sizes of tasty food, then you can't go wrong here. Sure, not the highest quality of foods but that's not what you go to a place like this for. £7 for a very filling tasty breakfast with tea, not bad at all.
The café itself can be a little cramped (it can get busy - it has a good reputation it seems) and the staff could perhaps do with some sort of dress code, it was at times hard to tell who was working or just a customer, but staff were friendly and helpful. I'd certainly be happy to return.
Lovely cafe in Little Hampton, quick walk from the beach front. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cosy atmosphere with some interesting movie props on the interior. I had the toast grande, f*** me was it delicious. 9 quid for enough food for a family of 4, compliments to the chef ????. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat while wondering around the town.
You cannot beat Toast for quality and price. The breakfasts are superb value, freshly cooked and very tasty. It's only small and can get busy but well worth the wait and the staff are very ice and friendly. Best breakfast in Littlehampton!
Best value breakfast in Littlehampton area, often busy. Today all tables were full and there was an unusual wait for food, to make best use of space expect to share tables, clientele vary but during the day the cafe is used by a mix of locals and tradesmen.
Food is good in quality and quantity.
Great place, lots of stuff on the walls you can chat about with your kido.
Enormous pancake with fruits, huge breakfast, tee and coffee and we left like £12. Very fair price.
And don't forget about helpful and very friendly service ????
I love Toast! The food is out of this world, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
