ZERO STARS – DO NOT GO - !!! I apologize if this is a bit long, however I am so angry that I must explain. If you have ever gotten a manicure or pedicure – lets see if you agree with how angry I am right now. First of all – THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS! - however when you call to book the appointment, they will tell you that. Ok…fine. I did call on a Friday for a Saturday appointment. I am not from around Taunton, and wanted to take my niece for a “princess” mani/pedi – she is 8. So when I called, he said – roughly $45. I was like – ok – pretty much average price….

When we arrived ahead of schedule – we had to wait a few, again – no problem. They said to pick a color. – So my niece liked Orange and Blue and we also discussed a design. (knowing full well – it would be extra – normal right?) So she goes on to do her pedicure. Soaked her feet for maybe 2 to 3 min Max, She went on to trim a couple nails and do her cuticles – very minimal. She used the green scrub to do her feet to her ankle rinsed and dried and painted her toes. We explained we wanted the large toe white and alternate the other in a blue, orange pattern. – see photo. Ok..no hot towels given – ok – I get it – she’s 8 – but no cream, no little calf massage – nothing! The pedicure was done – completely by 11:28 – and our appointment was for 11 and we didn’t start til 11:08 – that is the time stamp from photos I took! – Ok on to the manicure…

Ok…I’ve had many many manicures. Every manicure – soaks the fingers in warm water – usually with stones – cuts cuticles, files – sands and paints…right? Nope – again – sanded her nails – cut off a little cuticles, and painted. No soak, no lotion, no hand massage – Nothing. Same design – ring finger with design and alternating colors – see photo. – extremely quick.

Now as I’m sitting there – the owner – was making conversation with me. Ya know – where ya from, what do you do for work – yatta yatta yatta. I was friendly back – making conversation.

So it comes time to leave – I say – so how much do I owe you. Now I am thinkings…he said - $45 – ok..so lets count the design – maybe $2 for 2 nails or max $2 a nail – total possibly $53 – He told me $65.00.

I was like $65 for what? He said because you used more than one color. I said – its normal paint – not gel – he said yes but it takes more time and plus design. I said $65.00 is a lot.

So I paid the exactly $65 – and walked out. Totally feeling like he took advantage of me. – Oh she is from out of town – lets charge her this crazy fee – and the quality of everything was so rushed and terrible.

Do not go here. Terrible design. Terrible way to do business. Look at their work. Just horrible. When I got home and my Niece saw her daughters nails – she was like holly cow – that looks terrible. I was like I am so mad. Do Not GO HERE.

If I can detour one person from going here – and save you – then this review is worth it! Good Luck finding a nail salon that actually treats their clients of all ages right.

She did a great job on my Gel Manicure. 7 days in and no chipping or peeling. Painted perfectly under the tip of nails as well! Very professional and cares about the service provided. Highly recommend!

Always great service! My nails are always beautiful when i leave. They are so nice and welcoming. Super clean! Great pricing as well!

Lan and Tony are both amazing. I love how clean they are. They are extremely friendly and made my experience there a good one. I get compliments every time I get my nails done and always get asked who do I go to. I do not go anywhere else since then and that was over a year ago.

Came highly recommended, although they were very friendly and kind, I was not happy with the quality of the polish. It looked liked there were little specks in the polish and they said that it had sparkles in it, but I did not agree. He put another clear coat while they were drying, but the nail was not smooth and shiny even then. Unfortunately, I WILL NOT go back and since I never have a mani/pedi I was very disappointed!

While the staff is incredibly friendly, the ambiance is absolutely terrible. It’s the least relaxing environment I’ve ever had my nails done in. I made appointments over the phone because they had good reviews, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend going for a nice pedicure. They don’t have any music/tv playing, the space is really poorly decorated, and the chairs aren’t comfortable. They also only accept cash and charge $3 for a credit or debit card transaction. The only redeeming quality is the nice staff—I just wish they had a nicer place with more options.

I've been here 3 times now and thought I'd write a review. Everyone there is absolutely great. When I go in, I feel so welcomed and can easily have conversation with staff. Always a great experience and I'm always more than happy with the finished product. Greatest acrylics I've ever had! They last me 3 weeks +, which is great because my hands are always in water at work. Other places I've only been able to get 2 weeks if that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
