The staff were excellent with my daughter who wanted to get her first professional manicure at an adult nail salon; since her number one choice Bubble Me Pink was unfortunately forced to close :-(

I read mixed reviews on tip toe nails but decided to give them a shot and I was amazed by the staff, they were excellent with both my daughter an I, they were gentle and kind, I could not ask for a better experience we will definitely be going back.(I forgot to take a pic the day of but this pic is almost two weeks post manicure and still holding strong)

So not sure what all the negativity is about. They know me based on a couple visits which I like. They are friendly and offer a wide variety of colors and services. My gel pedicures have always been amazing and lasted forever. I'll try a manicure today and post some pics. I feel if they make a mistake they would totally make it right. My favorite nail salon is in Pfafftown but this is a close second.

Me and a freind went here to get our nails done. For a manicure it was $15 per person. We both picked our colors and sat down. It was only after she was done did someone come over and do my nails. The person who did them did them in a rushed fashion and ended up scratching with her tools serval times. She could not open the polish I wanted and instead of asking a co-worker she went over and got a different blue polish. She then did my nails using a thin coat leaving them transparent in some areas (as shown below) I understand they where busy bit for the money paid I expected better service

I went to tip toe nails Monday. I've been angry and disgusted ever since. The nail tech started too far away from my cuticles. They look like they were done 3 weeks ago. He cut my cuticles with the drill 2 times, one is still painful. He also got color all over my fingers. I'm furious.. I've never had such an example of a place just not caring. I'll never return. They owe me $35!

Always friendly and never had an issue! I'm a walk-in most of the time and most always get quick service. Language has never been an issue and I've never felt like I couldn't speak up if I had a question. Prices are comparable and quality of services rendered is top notch!

This place was awesome. I was a little sad they don't do acrylic but I should have asked first. Seeing as how they didn't have acrylic I had to get the SNS. First time ever getting SNS and it had a great turnout. I had one nail that had came slightly unglued but I was going to see if he fixed it on his own without me saying anything and he noticed it right away, apologized and fixed it right then. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. Safe to say I will be returning for future visits.

Absolutely refused to do my nails. I told them a dozen times that my nails are gel NOT acrylic and they insisted they were and refused to do them. When I walked in the receptionist gave me a snotty look because I just got off work where I get dirty. I wanted to stop in and get my nails done on my way home. It seemed as tho they were discriminating against me because of the way I looked in my dirty work clothes. I have never been refused service before based on my work attire but this place was doing exactly that. I encourage you to avoid giving these rude people your business.

Very nice and clean. The lavender pedicure was amazing.
