I made an appointment for October 15 at 1:30 for a pedicure for two people. My boyfriend was finished with his before mine started. An older lady walked in about 15 minutes after us and was immediately seated and her mani/pedi started. Disappointed in the experience

They have great service and are friendly! I request Lewis every time to go. I get dip nails and gel done on my toes! Great place! I have been going to them for over 4 years and love this place so much! If you go for a long time they know you by name and it is really great to know they remember you! I recommend them to anyone who asks about nail services!

Don’t go there for brows. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and she did a rush job. Did my brows sitting straight up in a chair and they were not arched or shaped at all. Had to go to another salon to get them fixed.

Bad service. Lady didn’t listen to a single word I said. I specifically told her to not cut my natural nail because i am trying to grow them out because I having a bad habit of biting my nails. She cut my natural nails right off and when we tried to tell her she ignored us completely and charged us $10 more and we said it’s fine, Once my mother went to go pay she had charged us $20 instead of $10. Also is very rude a rough she digs her nails into my fingers and pulls on my fingers like she’s going to rip them off. i’ve had no problem but it is this one lady. Old, blackish hair usually in the first seat, Never finishes a Nail set always passes you onto someone else.

Tip Toe is the only place I'll go in Bluffton to get my nails done. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable about their trade. Vivian is an absolute gem! Highly recommend Tip Toe to anyone looking for an exceptional, yet affordable, mani or pedi.

I had a guy once and he was pretty good and I had a girl the next time and she was nice but did not do a good job. . For starters $40 for a regular manicure/pedicure seems outrages to me. But if I am going to spend $40 there is an expectation that comes along with it, I can easily buy a nail polish and paint me own nails for a fraction of that price. I used to live in New York and the nail salons are amazing! A manicure/pedicure is literally half the price and you get a paraffin heel treatment, a full 5 minute leg massage( they even set a timer for good measure!) and if it's slow they have someone come around and give you a shoulder massage while you are getting your manicure and while you dry your nails at no extra cost! It's not that I need all these things to be a happy customer but I left feeling the service did not match the cost and slightly ripped off. If they aren't doing all the extra things that make it a service than it should cost a lot less.

10/10 very helpful and informative!! Another nail salon screwed my nails up badly and tip toe fixed them!! They did a GREAT job without pressuring me to get something I didn’t want! Super happy! Prices are reasonable!

Make sure they understand what you are asking for... I asked several times for Gel and the girls (not the guys) would apply acrylic instead, but they charged me for gel. It took me time to figure it out why my nails never lasted more than 5 days. They are nice people but I don't love the fact that being an existing client they still didn't appreciate my business.
