Made an appointment for ANC with my friend, they were friendly but the guy who did my nails seemed rushed and he burned the edges of my skin with the dermal multiple times and he never asked what shape or length i’d like for the tips. They were also bumpy. I didn’t take any photos of my nails before I took an hour to file them shorter and correct the shape, but even now I am still extremely disappointed (The scabs are from the cuts from the dermal)
I was charged before my nails were even completed as they were in a rush to go home after making me sit in the salon for hours (with an appointment, even called and asked if they had enough time) without doing anything to my nails yet still taking customers in after me who didn’t have an appointment such as myself I was charged over two hundred dollars for something I wasn’t happy with the color wasn’t even right to begin with and not even a week later they started popping off I get my nails done regularly at Annie’s nails in sgf this is the thanks I get for switching up on my regular salon needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE not to mention I was hounded for a tip before the job was even half way done and it wasn’t even done half way right! The picture all the way to the right with the cheetah print is what they were supposed to look like… get my drift?! I would’ve left NO STAR if I could’ve!
Staff was rude. My girlfriend and I both got French tips but I asked for black instead of white tips. The guy got mad and I was charged $65 and my friend $40. I will never go back. They kept leaving and doing other treatments and ignored us
I keep trying to give this business another try. I've used them on/off for over 5yrs. Ocassionally I get good service with a mani/pedi but mostly I leave unhappy and frustrated. This last time was the last for me!!! My nails got filed down after asking not to. I asked for square shape -I left with round, nail polish is lumpy and they did a horrible job on my cuticles on fingers and toes. My heels feel worse than when I came in. I was asked to wear a mask bc there were too many ppl in the salon...well there were 3ppl for the entire 2 hrs I was there. Im tired of poor customer service after paying top dollar. Don't waste your time or $$$
Disclaimer: The business next-door is a smoke shop… So I hesitated walking out the door because of the smell but glad I stayed! The staff was very accommodating when I requested a seat furthest away from the door. I got the most basic pedicure they offer but she gave me such a great massage and I was very impressed when they didn’t give me cheap thin pedicure shoes but instead comfortable shower flops!
Never again will I get my nails done here! The color they put on my nails was old and flaked off, when I called i was told they would correct it with no charge.. I just went in to have it corrected and was charged 30.00 for thier screw up. This is a bad way to keep customers
Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! They cut my cuticles dry never even put oil or got my feet wet.I paid 80 for the worst pedicure. My heels are still dry lke i never even had a pedicure. I guess I should of listened to the reviews. Charged 35 for full set 10 for gel polish then wanted to charge additional 20 to do French. I will never return
Such friendly and professional service, I was going to shop around for a good place, but my dog was getting groomed next door and when I poked my head in they were so friendly so I thought why not? Never had a pedicure but felt it was totally time, and I was not disappointed! I now have baby soft, baby blue feet! And will certainly be back to try a manicure next. The prices are fair in my opinion and the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable.
