I’ve been coming to this salon since it opened! I absolutely looooooove the owner. She trains her staff very well and I always leave feeling like a super star lol ????
Nice place to get your hair done. 4c hair may experience a burning smell because the hair is so thick. I recommend for fine and medium grade hair.
They did a nice job straightening my granddaughter hair. Drop in. I took away one star because they dint do appointments. If you try to make one you still have to wait as if you're a drop in, but you leave looking good. They are pretty quick for the quality work
I just got my hair done and she did a awesome job with my hair and trim. I love it be back in two weeks.
Amazing work, my daughter has very rough textured hair and the hair stylist Brends made magic happen to her hair. I definitely recommend her and her team. Also, they are taking all types of measures to help prevent the spread of Covid.
So it’s very seldom that I take the time out to write a review but I felt the need to come here and do so based off of my experiences. The first two times I visited the shop my hair turned out good. However while I was there, I was a bit irritated as the girl that washed my hair was scratching my head so hard that my eyes started watering. There’s always one person doing hair which means you’ll probably be waiting to be serviced for quite awhile after having your hair washed. The most recent time that I came to get my hair done here will definitely be the last. Why? Because there were 5 customers in the salon, one stylist and one shampoo person. While the other customers got their hair washed and sat under the dryer, I prefer to only have my hair blow dried. The salon owner told the shampoo girl to blow dry my hair while she serviced the other customers that came in after me as their hair was easier to manage from them getting the roller sets. It was obvious that the shampoo girl had never blow dried hair before. She kept asking the owner for instruction while she was doing it. After an hour of her blow drying the same spot of hair over and over again and her taking breaks to tend to her new born baby, only half
Of my hair was done being blow dried. I asked the owner to finish blowdrying my hair which she did. I explained that I did not want her to style it because so much heat was already but on my hair from it being improperly blow dried. Despite me only getting my hair washed and blow dried, I was charged full price. And on top of that, the next time I washed my hair I noticed that the right side of my hair is completely heat damaged and it no longer curls up. I am truly disappointed as I had high hopes for this place. Safe yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
I loved my first time experience at this salon with Brenda! My hair had a mixture of different colors and it looked so messy(from a previous hair salon). Brenda did such an amazing job fixing the color on my hair and she was super nice. I loved it! Definitely coming back again!
My first time here and she did an amazing job with my hair! I will not go anywhere else and I will recommend every girl to go there! I had thick long hair and once I went to another salon who didn't know how to do my type of hair very thick and long but when I went to tina's and the out come was like that in the photo I will not go anywhere else! Lady's I promise it's a great place and prices are low and affordable!
