Don’t go here if you want acrylics! I have never had such a bad set in my life. The lady didn’t give be the shape nor the design I had asked her (and I showed her multiple photos). She didn’t file my real nail underneath and not a single nail is the same as the other one. I will never be coming back!

Very disappointed- went in to touch up healthy nail manicure and the lady removed all the nails instead- I wasn’t paying attention - half sleeping with eyes closed- the set was only 2 weeks old and originally done here as well. I just let it go- so hard to be angry at someone who can’t understand you. Pedicure was choppy and painful- massaged the same spot over and over and over again- polish job is sloppy- I used to love this place but this shall be my last time. Could I rant and rave with them about this? Sure but at the end of the day- I’m too tired and it won’t change the fact that this place is not what it used to be- Farewell Tiffany’s.

I came in for a gel manicure today, I picked my color using the samples provided (DND - gel&lacquer "hot jazz" #463) the lady did the basic manicure (clip, shape, clean up) when she put the color on my pinky finger she looked at me and made a face proposing I pick a different color. The reason being that it was too light, I told her that I wanted it to look like the sample (which probably required 4 coats of polish) she basically refused to do so and again proposed I pick a different color.
I'm paying to get my nails done. If your sample looks a certain way then I want my nails to look close to if not the same regardless if its going to take 4 coats or 10 coats of the polish to achieve the look.
I work in customer service, I would NEVER do that to any of my clients.
I got so upset I pulled out my card and told her to take the gel coat she'd applied on my nails off and clean them up. She charged me $12.00 for the service she provided. My nails looked awful when I left, half of the clear coat was still on my nails (see pics provided).
I ended up going to another salon where they had to clean off my nails and fix them and they were more than happy to do what I asked.
Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasant relaxing experience and this was anything but that. I will never come back to this place and I will make sure to share my experience with my friends and NEVER recommend this place ever again.
They are crooks and work is horrible. I will never go here again beware. So many nail salons. Unhelpful staff, older man worked on me forever to mess up pedicure and they fix nothing and charge more money. Beware they are crooks
This is my second time there and the staff is super polite and talented, I’ve gotten custom nails twice so far and both times have not disappointed! Looking forward to going back in a few weeks :)
The gel nails are so bad would not recommend getting them they damaged my nails so bad
