They were pretty busy, but after about 20 minutes they sat me in a massage chair to wait for my pedicure. I enjoyed getting a little back massage while I waited another 30 minutes for my pedicure. They ensured the water was warm enough for me to soak my feet in and gave great customer service. Its been 2 weeks now and my polish and nails still look great!
Absolutely the worst experience I have had at any nail salon. I waited an hour after being seated for the nail tech to start and then she disappeared 3 times during the process. It took 3 hours to get a fill in and she charged me extra to get the nails cut down and use a matte top coat instead of glossy. The color she used was nothing like the one i showed her and after i worked up the courage to tell her i hated the color and would like to change it and told her i would pay extra to change it she and the other nail techs started yelling at me and being rude and talking to each other continuously throughout the entire time. They told me i would have to pay extra for the color change, which i had already said i would do, and then she didn’t even take off the other color, she painted over it with the new one and it was streaky and sloppy. You cant still see the old color through the new one. They were all completely unprofessional and rude and are over charging after they already start on the nails.
Got my nails painted with gel polish on Saturday evening, and the polish is lifting already!!!

I went to this shop on yesterday to get a pedicure and full set and was told I needed to tip the technician that did my nails by the owner now by this morning the polish on my toes was bubbling and coming off. I went back this morning and informed them of this and was charged $25 to change from one yellow gel polish to another this is not even 12 hrs after I left the shop and they took their phone off the hook so they won't receive calls worst service I've ever received

They are the worst. When you have a complaint they don’t listen they just do what they wanna do. They don’t take you in the order you come in. Just an over all bad experiences every time I go there. My pedicure and toes look horrible!!
They were the worst. This needs to be shut down. When you wait to long and you want to leave they run you down outside.
I wanted a fill in, but because she didn't have my acrylic (which is 3 weeks old) she wanted me to take it off instead of filling it with clear which would look really good with mustard under the bottom. But instead she says no she can't do that it will seap thru. Duh lady it's called Embry right.
I feel super stupid I waited an hour and 30 minuets at the salon while I watched them take walk in after walk in that came in after me what's the point of a check in list if your taking every one but me? I should have left after they took the first person but I didn't I wasted almost 2 hours and I drove 30 minutes both ways for nothing. I just wanted to get my nails done that was the goal!
