First time getting a cut for over a year, was anxious about getting the right barber for the job. Cut ended up being impressive and refreshing. Lovely bunch of lads and a lovely atmosphere in the shop, will go again.
Quick and precise service, nice guys, easy online booking. The shop itself is clean and well maintained, the result was what I had expected. Generous student discount, I would recommend this place.
Got a horrible haircut there. The lads down there have little to no experience. Messed my hair completely. I definitely recommend Figaro barbershop over this, they're much better.

Got my hair cut here a few weeks ago. I'm having to pay someone else to fix it.
It's uneven and the two sides of my head have completely different shapes cut into them. It's bad enough that people have commented on it.
They also took it up an inch higher than I asked on the back and half an inch on the sides.
The barber couldn't even show me the back with the mirror when he finished. He just kept holding it at weird angles.
Great customer service from all of them as well as great quality cuts. Thoroughly impressed. They are all great barbers but Paul, in my personal opinion, is particularly exceptional. Not only is he sound out but he also explains exactly what he did with your hair aswell as checking in to make sure you are happy with the cut. Not only does it show great client care, but I think letting the customer know what was performed in order to achieve the requested haircut and the theory behind it is highly beneficial as it gives people a greater understanding of what needs to be done in order to achieve a certain look. This in turn can help the customer know what to ask for when they want their hair to look a particular way and lead to better communication and understanding between the customer and barber, aswell as a higher rate of customer satisfaction. I very much recommend this barbers.
