As pubs go, this place is a proper old school village pub, a bit rough around the edges but full of nice people. We went for an evening meal and were served by charming young ladies who were very helpful. Had a drink and we all ordered burgers as it was a Friday night and Friday night means naughty food night haha. I had the Mega Burger and it should be called the Epic Mega Burger....was even too big to put in my big fat mouth. It was lovely and the fam was happy with theirs too. The other meals coming out also looked good. Happy to visit.

I can honestly say this is the best pub in Five Roads. The food is spectacular especially their chicken curry. It’s very good value for money. The staff are always welcoming and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I would definitely suggest to anyone visiting the village. A true village pub at the heart of the community.

A really lovely evening spent with friends here. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Can recommend hunters chicken, curry, gammon and fish and chips. Staff were lovely and really friendly. We will return.

Had Sunday lunch today it was lovely food was so tasty, the staff were so friendly lovely people, we are going next Sunday looking forward to it.
