From start to finish, Kendra was professional, meticulous, kind, and patient. She talked me through every step of the process and was very encouraging. She also gave great and informed advice on how to take care of my hair outside of the salon. This is everything I have ever needed from a salon visit. Highly recommend!!

After two disastrous experiences having my locs retwisted at other locations, I found The Reverence Design Team Hair Salon. I came for a free consultation, and Ladosha explained their process and perspective for my natural hair. She was lovely and immediately made me feel I had made the right choice. She introduced loctitian Christian, who was just as sweet. My appointment two weeks later was terrific, and I felt extremely relaxed and cared for by Christian as she explained what she was doing along the way. The salon atmosphere is clean, friendly, and calming, and my retwist was beautiful! I look forward to my next visit, with more afterward.
I had a great experience with Ladosha. She took very good care of my hair. I left with a smile on my face. Everything is kept clean and they were really good about following COVID-19 protocol.
