I recently had surgery and was denied pedicures for 2 months and today since it's been approved I knew what I wanted. The place was great. Chill vibe throughout and she took great care of me. She was very patient with my stiff body and took great time to make sure that I left happy. Also, first time trying black polish and I liked it. First time doing matte with the gel nails as well and gotta say, I like it and hope it holds up as well.
Every time I’ve been there, they get me in a chair pretty quickly. They’ve always done a great job and are polite and accommodating. I love that they use sterile instruments. They break out a new pack with every pedicure.
Let’s not forget about the ambience! It’s beautifully decorated and has an amazing calm atmosphere.

It's always a relaxing and fun time at Nail Bar. Pippy is great and always does a professional and outstanding job! I've been going there for two years and my friends five years. My dip manicures always last even beyond the two weeks before we go back.
Rude receptionist. The lady at the front desk told us 3 different times on the phone and when we were 5 minutes late from traffic rejected us service. I went with a single mom friend and when they saw her baby she refused to take us back. Not sure how she’s keeping her job treating customers so poorly

Recently moved to Nashville from NYC. They were very expensive with subpar service Nails came out thick and dull. They had a rough topcoat. Was not impressed and absolutely will not be back.
I'm always treated well and my nails come out absolutely gorgeous every time! I like that they offer drinks and have a relaxing atmosphere. I've been back three times, and each time it's the same. This is my go to nail salon! Next time, I'm getting a pedicure, too!
Update: Katelyn is the best! I've been going here for over a year now and am so pleased with my nails every time!
