I come here all the time and like how nice everyone is and they do a good job. Unfortunately, they never have the color I pick. It never fails. And when I ask for something similar the options I’m given are always super far off. This last time I picked a sparkly medium-pink SNS and they didn’t have it. When I asked for a sparkly pink I was given sparkly clear?? I thought about stopping them mid-manicure but it’s super hard to tell how SNS colors will turn out so I was hoping it would end up more pink. Pic to show what I ended up with. I will be finding a new nail place ????
I enjoyed my first visit here and my nails but honestly for the quality of them this place is over priced and not all the techs give the best quality for a full set. First time I've ever had so many small issues with a full set of gel nails chipping paint and acrylic after not even a week.
Kaylee and Sylvia at the Nail Bar are amazing! They are professional, kind and do great work! They alway work to accommodate their customers and provide a great, relaxing experience! I’ve been going there for over 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I visited this place for the first time earlier this week. The experience was fine. Everyone was nice, but it’s barely been 6 days and my GEL nails are chipping and peeling. This has never happened when I’ve gone to other places. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Kaylee is awesome!! My SNS nails look flawless every time ! 10/10 will be back again to see her for my next dip powder session!
Was told a 15 minute wait, it was 35 minutes, was told to pick a color, it wasnt used. As I left I was charged $16 more than what was on their price sheet!(because I had thirty minutes to look at it!) Never going back!
Very unpleasant vibe and unprofessional. Went in for a pedicure and waited and waited, I left because I felt like the employees didn’t want to provide the service. I understand that you may be busy and I would have respected it more if the manager would have come over and simply said we are busy and it will be a while before we can get to you would you mind scheduling an appointment for first thing in the morning. I would definitely much rather take my money and time to a better customer service experience.
This place needs to be shut down. They are entirely tooooo slow. It took me 2 and half hours just to get a pedicure. They didn’t even get a chance to do my nails. I told them to forget about it because at that point I was just ready to get out of there. They seriously need more workers helping them. They turned plenty of people away and told them to just come back in the morning..that’s how backed up they were. Just go elsewhere. There are plenty more nail shops in the area
