Went for the first time yesterday and loved it, the pie and mash was bang on, and when you add the spicy vinegar and pepper you’ve got something that tastes really amazing. Great old school decor and furniture, exactly the sort of place we should have more of. Highly recommended
Pie was a tad bit small and over cooked but tasty nontheless. Liqure was nice and mash portion was very generous. Im not disappointed at all. Price is very fare too. And the ladies inside were polite.
Absolutely superb pie mash and liquor and a very friendly and welcoming place to eat. Can't recommend it enough.

The food is brilliant, the portions are decent! They do home delivery and the package the food well for take away meals, the prices are not extortionate as well. Proper pie and mash, one of the few places left
Reason for 3 stars is simply because of the extremely rude staff. Waited to be served even though there was nobody else in the shop-one of the three ladies there actually made eye contact with me but didn’t leave the room she was in to come and serve me. ???? When another lady eventually did serve me she had a really rude attitude and didn’t once say please or thank you ????
The food was ok-the mash was very lumpy and could’ve done with being mashed up a bit more but it was nice-UNLIKE THE STAFF!!! ????
Had a delivery from here first one in a while and last one???? been going there for 15 years and it's been good, last night everything cold had to reheat , mash just full of potato pieces, pies were like uncooked cardboard very small and tiny amount of filling, it's clear to see the passion has been lost by the staff much better places for pie and mash now
Come here after 20years in Northamptonshire. The shop looks the same accept the top.
Food 100% the taste of my childhood.
Very happy with my visit and even to hear the accent of the lady that served me. Sadly not card machine but was directed to one over the road. The lady served me while my partner when for cash. This place is 10/10.

No customer service skills, food took over an hour and 50 min to arrive food was cold and was missing one meal, then had to wait another hour and ten minutes for a replacement order, then driver gives me attitude, used to be such a nice pie and mash shop, now not worth the hassle for the price you pay will never order from here again
