Highly concerned about what was embedded on this human hair they were selling there. looked like insect eggs????. Store has a nice wide supply with reasonable prices on hair but customer service is lousy from the owners. The young ladies that work there are so nice & friendly but the men can do WAY better. Never was greeted which I don’t mind but I was literally in the store for hours and never did anyone ask me if I needed help despite multiple associates being present & when I did approach someone for assistance they would display an off putting demeanor. Mind you this is in the morning a few mins after they’ve opened. Do better & realize customers are what keeps ur business open & running & that guest satisfaction/ customer service is an essential element in running a business!!!! I may be back, but may not be. I barely wanted to spend my money there after experiencing these behaviors.
This place is the BOMB. LITERALLY!!! I wanna give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the whole crew ,, staff and or All employees.. BLESS them and their efforts and willingness to be open on this Christmas Day/Holiday. You gotta appreciate business when business is needed. It don’t get No better than that. They are always open and have everything you need and some more. Happy Happy Holidays to them and may God add a blessing to them and their families. Keep up the great work people!! Enjoy !!!!!!!
I went there because they had a monthly sale and I bought some wigs at a very good price, turbans, bonnets for my daughter and body oils for my husband. It was very busy that day and I brought the last 3 headband wigs. The place is very large, so it must have been either a Walgreens or CVS in the past. Check out their sales on FB for the best deals.
Open on Sundays. Expansive location and still not a large selection of hair. Mostly rows and rows of what's trending. And color choices are basic or not at all. My take.
I like the Hair Palace came back with my my mom who was able to find something that she really liked I actual thought the prices were a little high and was able to find the exact same wigs on Amazon for cheaper but it was really nice a lot to offer in there not just hair but purses belts fascinators jewelry nail supply hair supply and of course wigs
Thankfully everyone working here is knowledgeable on most of their products. I needed help there and the men working were very helpful and patient with me
The only place I shop for my daughter's hair products....I get a few for myself as well. The young ladies in there are extremely kind and knowledgeable in the products they carry as well as a few tips for healthy hair care and styling.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! Today I purchased 3 items all priced under $6 when I get to the register I was charged over $22. Upon review of my receipt I was charged for 4 additional items. They’re stealing from their customers. They are not for “us”.
