Wir wurden freundlich von der Hotelbesitzerin empfangen, die uns zum Check-In in ihr Büro bat und auch persönlich aufs Zimmer führte und alles erklärte. Das Hotelzimmer war schön und praktisch eingerichtet, das Bad einwandfrei. Kritik auf hohem Niveau: es fehlte ein Mülleimer und ein Föhn. Insgesamt empfanden wir die Übernachtung in dem Hotel (1 Nacht vor Abflug aus Stansted) sehr gut, hatten Angst angesichts der vielen schlechten Rezensionen, waren dann überaus positiv überrascht.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room, while small, was immaculately clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the TV did not work and they were unable to fix it. The breakfast was delicious and the location was conveniently close to two of the busiest streets in Bishop Stortford. Despite the traffic, people, pubs and contractors, the area is still pleasant in with some open windows.

The rooms are nice and clean. The reception could do with a tidy up. But being smack centre in the town was a winner. Good prices too

Great value for the price point and close to the railway station and in the middle of town

I'm a steel erector and have stayed in some hotels in my time...

That being said this place don't warrant some of this bad reviews IF you don't look at posted pics... wanted a cig in that nice garden... no access to to it had to go back out the non man'd reception. No bar or restaurant. I belive apart from hotel entrance ground floor is rented out to prezzos. Room was clean and so was bathroom.

Night life can be loud suggest shut your window at night ????

If you are landing in Stansted late this hotel may be an option for just one night. After 9pm there is only one kebab open in Bishop, so plan dinner before arriving at the hotel. The hotel rooms have a little problem with the floor, it's not straight! The bed is 1 and a half but the bathroom is clean. As I wrote above, it is the solution for 1 night only

Nagyon rugalmasak! Izgalmas hely. Néhol hiányzik az ablak közötti keret, vagy óriási a rés, ferde a padló nemelyik szobában, de nagyon kényelmes az ágy, tiszta az ágynemű, illatos a törölköző és tiszta a fürdőszoba. A város egy cuki hely ahol van. Szerintem visszatérünk.
