Stayed for two nights in August 2021 during a longer trip and have to say that it was the friendliest place I've ever stayed! Rooms are lovely, clean, and comfortable, but the staff really are what makes this place special. Huge thanks to all the staff for making our stay in Cornwall so memorable.

My visit in September 2021 the stay was amazing. Friendly and caring staff who valued our stay and were always helpful even just for the one night we stayed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting penzance and wants something a little more than your usual chain hotel.
