The Fish Factory has to be one of the best if not the best Fish and Chip shops that I've ever used and tastes. I had a simple jumbo sausage and chips with a Chinese curry which tasted absolutely amazing. The jumbo sausage has to be the biggest of sausages that I've ever seen. Reasonably priced and very helpful and friendly staff. I'd certainly recommend this establishment to anyone.
Great fish and chips. Huge jumbo sausages!! Nearly always has a queue, but the staff are very quick at getting you served.
No chips ready as server shouts to the one who cooks how many portions she wants he cooks then they are put in a silver tray on counter and the words of the woman serving ....got to be quick before they go cold ....I've worked in a chippy and this is not the way to go ...this place was one of the best now I won't go back
Went to shop and order food for my staff, got back to office to realise that part of the order was missing. Sent a member of staff back to get missing order, only to be belittled while the shop staff checked their cctv, no apology for the mistake. Very rude.

Extremely tasty fish and chips, made more special by being gluten free which means my daughter (who has coeliac disease) could also enjoy freshly cooked fish and chips. Good selection of other food and generous portions. We phoned our order through so it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We'll definitely enjoy it again another time.
