If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Unprofessional, poor customer service, and intimidating. These are words to describe my teenage son's experience at The Fade Factory. Barber started cutting and then was aimlessly walking around the shop, going in the back room, and coming back, cutting a little more than leaving again. He did not want to leave with a partial cut. Then, when finally finished, he paid him the same as charged previous time and then told it wasn't enough, and hell, yes, he better go get more cash. A month ago, he paid $25, and the experience and cut was good enough to return. This time, it was $30. Obviously, barber sets the price, but there is never a need to intimidate a kid and be rude when asking for payment. It is unprofessional taking an hour for a cut when, most of the time, the barber is walking around the room or is in the back room doing who knows what. Also, my son did not smell like he had been to a barber, but more like a grower.

Great place to go get cleaned up. Very professional and polite. I'll be coming back in the future.

Michael did an amazing job. It is hard to find someone who can do a fade with curly hair on top. Don’t forget to get a steam facial next time you see him! Always professional and quick!

Michael did a phenomenal job on my son’s hair. He is always apprehensive about getting his hair cut. He has such a tender head and it always is uncomfortable. He had us done in less than 20 minutes and the transformation was incredibly!

Just moved to OKC from out of state over a month ago. I tried a spot close to the house a couple times and they I was never satisfied it wasn't a true fade in my opinion. Went into The Fade Factory today first time and I got taken care of clean! This spot definitely knows what a fade is! I met Mike the owner he faded me up very friendly and down to earth a cool spot to chill. Definitely going back!

If I could give no star I would. My 12 year old usually rocks a shorter fohawk and is now sitting in his room crying because his haircut looks like a boxcut gone wrong!!!! Cricket line and all.... the owner tried to fix what the other Barber messed up it but it's still awful....I cant believe my husband actually paid for this! we are going on vacation in 3 days and my child doesnt even wanna leave the house.... my 17 year olds hair is cut tottaly uneven and definitely needs to be recut too. They went to different barbers so I am assuming none of them besides the owner really knows how to cut hair! Smh I am so mad right now!!!

Everyone here is great, I called short notice asking if I could come in 15 before close when I got off work, as soon as I walked in, I wasn't turned down. Instead, I was greeted and told that he knew I just got off work and he'd take care of me. They're always on spot, friendly, theres never a reason not to come back.
