It has a lot of potential, but I think only as a food based pub. It's on a dead end road so apart from the locals no passing trade. I would like to see bar snacks all day and proper pub restaurant food. I have an interest in seeing this business succeed as it will hopefully soon be my local. Bring on the food even if it's simple and creates no waste.

Great pub with good beer and friendly staff

Afternoon tea with bottomless proseco is great value... Plenty sandwiches cakes & alcohol... Glass never empty..

Decent food and selection of beer. The staff are friendly and there is normally always space outside even when its sunny.

Tina and Lucy facilitated a fantastic wake for my wife. We were able to have over 100 people fed and watered with Caribbean food (from the Chefs Hut) and sandwiches etc from Number One. I am sure Gail would have been proud of the wake.
