Customer service is important, regardless of the pricing. It was my first time taking my daughter in for a haircut. I would never go back I felt so unwelcome by the 3 women in there. When your teen daughter notices how rude these woman are and how uncomfortable she felt. Says a lot
Dayspring is wonderful and cut my hair exactly the way that I asked. It has been very hard to find someone who gives me haircuts the way I request and she delivered. She is also very nice and personable and I love our conversations. Great price, great service.
I have been going here since my mom took me when I was a kid, now I take my kids here. I will not go anywhere else. Affordable, Very professional, the girls always nail exactly what I want for my haircut and color as well as my kids haircuts. They styled my hair for prom, and even dyed it blue when I was in high school too. They are extremely kind and very patient with wiggly children. Highly recommend going here!! If I could give The Cutting Edge 10 stars, I would. Thank you Dayspring, Karen, and Amber for all the wonder years of all kinds of haircuts and colors under the rainbow!

You people that have so many complaints must have been having a bad day to find such fault with these young ladies!! I have been going to The Cutting Edge for a number of years and have NEVER had a bad haircut or color. If you have to wait i would suggest making an appointment like the window says. If you walk in you may have to wait until one of the girls are available but i would suggest while you wait that you listen to what these gals are saying to each other and their customers. I guarantee you wont leave the way you came in!! They lift my spirits every time i go. To the person that was waiting and someone came thru the door and was immediately greeted and taken to a chair, did you stop and think that person just might have an appointment and you can bet their appointments come first before any walk ins. Dayspring, Karen and Jessica are on their feet all day, smelling hair dye, permanent solution and cutting and sweeping our hair up for very little money!! Go someplace else where not only the price is higher but you will never get to know your stylist and they wont know your name!! They do it because they care about all of us and they do a fantastic job!! For me its not about the lower prices its about how i am treated. I have come in during some of the lowest times of my life but their friendliness and caring attitude towards me lifts me up and helps me to face whatever challenge is before me. Dayspring i cant thank you enough for giving me the courage to fill my bucket list. I love the new color !! You are the best. You girls keep helping others with your kindness and great haircuts and good things are bound to come your way. ????????????
Don’t get me started! I would never be as ugly hearted as AJ. Karen has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years now. One of the things I enjoy most (besides my cut) it’s a casual atmosphere. No one has their nose in the air. Everyone is courteous and takes care of matters appropriately. When I go there I assume good intentions and then treated with such. As long as I’ve gone there I have never, ever seen inappropriate behavior from the ladies in that shop. Sounds like AJ was dealing with their reality by being horribly mean and taking it out on Karen and Dayspring.
The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I come from Hollywood and that’s not even as bad as this place. These are small town women, I really don’t get it. Only reason I’ve gone to this place more than once was because of the price and their attitude doesn’t affect me when I leave those doors. I’ve tried killing them with kindness and have even humbled myself and not said much, but I’ve seen how they also treat others and they’re terrible human beings. Especially the blonde with the crooked teeth. A bad attitude paired with a bad face makes a terrible combination. If they just had a better attitude this place would get a lot more traffic and they’d even be able to charge more because of it. Only reason they’re still in business is because it’s dirt cheap.
