Okay so if you're going in here for just a simple trim I would say it's a 5 star place. I went In there and wasn't even able to properly communicate to the barber what I wanted. What I did want was simple tho and he got me right. So for a quick and easy trim I would say definitely go here. Also I really appreciate that they are involved in getting people a second chance my barber was an ex con and he did a great job I'm glad he's able to make a living with the chance the establishment has given him!
I’ve started to go here and been having Larry take care of me for haircuts and the beard. He takes his time and pays close attention to detail. He’s great. They have some other good barbers here as well, but if Larry is available and you’re able to get him I highly recommend him.
Terra was amazing!!! She did an amazing job with my haircut, I 100% recommend her to anyone. I have really thick hair, but she was able to fix my hair from my tik tok bad haircut trend I attempted to do. Terra took her time and cut my hair super amazing, so if you need anyone at all, please go to Terra ????????????
I went in a little late due to work but first time I’ve used them, and the last. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Told him I only wanted maybe half an inch off my hair. I had 3-4 inches of hair or more. I now have maybe half an inch left. He used a razor all over my head, never even used scissors. All over my head is so uneven. Gonna have to spend more money for it to look good. Wouldn’t listen to what I wanted, very upset that I spend 25 bucks on this. I could’ve done better with a pair of scissors and no mirror. Very upset with the service. Do not recommend.
I sat down and waited for an hour and a half, after i got to my turn someone else got called, i stood up and looked at the sign in paper and my name was before his, so i tried to ask her how much more i have to wait and she wouldn’t respond so i asked the other guy that worked there and he just shook his head, that was my first time here and I definitely wont be returning.
Also the lady was the blonde in the back chair, and just kept giving me looks for no reason, my friend was there another day and she did the same thing.
While paying for the cut at the end you are given a receipt to write the tip and total on. I tipped 10 on a 20 dollar haircut for 30 total. Check my bank account a few days later and they charged me 130! A 110 dollar tip for a 20 dollar cut. Crazy. How are there no systems in place to catch this? Awaiting a call back from manager.
My husband gets his hair cut here every time and Brandon always does a good job. But today the lady with long blonde hair that works in their hoverd around the entire time he was getting his hair cut. And at one point was rubbing her leg up against my husband's arm. Totally disrespectful and trashy. She needs some self respect!!!we won't be back.
I came in to get a haircut and no one acknowledged me. I signed a paper on the desk with my name and sat down on the couch and waited over an hour. No one asked what I wanted and finally my husband asked if someone was going to cut my hair. And was told no one here to cut hair. Not expecting anyone until noon. I got up and left. I will never go there again.
