Best PlaceJuice Reviews

I’ve photographed two weddings at the coach house and enjoyed both. It’s a lovely location with many pleasing backdrops for photos. My pre covid wedding here was pub style buffet which was well stocked and tasty. My during covid wedding was different but the staff made sure everyone was cared for whilst keeping everyone safe. Well recommended as a wedding venue.
We had our wedding here this weekend and loved every minute of it. Emma was amazing over the months of planning everything and she couldnt do enough for us on the day. She made all the guests feel welcome and kept things running smoothly the entire day. The food was 10 out of 10 and all the staff are so friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
My daughters wedding had been booked 6 months ago to have 2 days before the big day, the wedding cancelled as they could not cover the numbers. But she was still married in the barn as registrar couldn't change venue last min. The chair covers were visibly dirty and had worn holes, confetti from previous wedding still on the floor. The decorations we provided still had tags left o which they supposedly arranged for us. Totally heartbreaking for the bride.
Food was lovely. Staff we great. Only downside was the staff need a better pos system really slows them down
Really nice and relaxing place, food is fab and the staff are really friendly. Fillet steak was cooked perfectly
Said they would cater to my wedding 6 months ago rung 2 days before wedding saying they couldn't cater to my wedding afterparty so had to change venue for afterparty 2 days before my wedding then the coach house was filthy dirty chair covers and old confetti lying around the manager was rude and offerd to cancel whole thing would not recommend going here if you don't want your wedding ruined.
Rang last minute to request a take away Sunday dinner, never having tried this before thought I would give them a go.
The food was excellent really couldn't be faulted, very generous potions, meat very tender and all of it tasted fantastic.
Will definitely be a returning customer.
5* for Mel the bar managers kept the drinks flowing. Even when the WiFi was messing up the machines really helpful and the breakfast this morning was stunning even if I couldn't eat it all ...thanks for making my best friend's wedding a great day.

Weaknesses of The Coach House:
1. Inconsistent cleanliness: One reviewer mentioned that the chair covers were dirty and had worn holes. Additionally, confetti from a previous wedding was still on the floor. This indicates a lack of attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining the venue.
2. Slow POS system: One guest expressed frustration with the staff's point-of-sale system, stating that it slowed them down. This could lead to longer wait times and potentially impact overall customer satisfaction.
3. Inconsistent catering service: A reviewer had booked the venue for their wedding afterparty but was informed at the last minute that the venue couldn't cater to their needs. This caused the guest to change their afterparty venue two days before the wedding, which resulted in added stress and disappointment.

In summary, The Coach House has several strengths, including a beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious food, good wedding planning support, and COVID safety measures. However, the venue also has some weaknesses, such as inconsistent cleanliness, a slow POS system, inconsistent catering service, and reports of a rude manager. It is important for potential customers to consider these factors when making a decision about booking the venue.
