apparently, it was nice once. Then it seems they would be paid better with asylum seekers, then sold it. The new owner must be regretting it. bad. We booked 3 nights and when it is minus 5 degrees, you want to have a shower or bath and the water is lukewarm at best whie they insist it is hot because th eboiler sazys 70 degrees. Heating was probably using most of that because the water sucked. Complained but no luck. Apologetic, but that does not warm anything. we checked out the same evening ab=nd requested a refund which was denied.
Also, no breakfasts, dinner, bar. nothing

Cancelled a friend's wedding with less than 1 weeks notice without any explanation. A few days later it was discovered they took in immigrants because they would make more money. Absolutely appalling people running this place and I hope this comes back around to bite them.
The staff are horrible, haven't got a clue what's going on they do not care about the guests staying! Awful service would definitely not recommend staying here????????
Run down hotel. Dont expect much if you stay here. Room reasonable and wifi. Rest really poor
Went for a dinner and disco night for my cousin Hen Do. Great food and great DJ.
Had a Superior Twin room which still needed a bit of work to it. No hairdryer in the room. No mirror where the desk was which you could do with when doing your hair. The mirror on the wall was abit far from the plug .
Only one staff member serving breakfast so we had to wait half an hour for breakfast
Poor poor poor.. unhelpful staff. Not helpful at all. Dirty run down, can't see how it's still changing money like it is
