Best PlaceJuice Reviews

Would DEFINITELY recommend! The pizza I had was simply the best pizza I have ever had in my life! The only small problem I had though is that the topping fell off quite easily, but apart from that the toppings tasted very fresh on my Africano pizza. I love the fact how they used real tomatoes instead of tomato purée and they used real mozzarella instead of fake mozzarella. Another good thing was that the chef was very friendly and he was very cheery! I am definitely coming back here again, when I come and visit Scotland again!
Extra tasty pizza, made fresh in just a few minutes while we waited. Lots of cheese and good portion of all toppings. Courteous and friendly chef.
Good fish and chips, but even better pizzas! These pizzas are delicious and proper Italian style. Okay, you can also have them with Haggis if you want to go Scottish, but I like them Napolitana style thin and crunchy. I can really recommend this place. I didn't find it that expensive compared to other places.
To be fair, I've not tried their pizzas, or any of their other Italian food, but with good reason....Their chip shop stuff is revolting. Been there twice and both times it was the same: Everything overcooked, almost burnt, but still managed to only be lukewarm. Also, if you ask for brown sauce, they charge you for it and you're given a tiny sachet of cheap brown sauce that doesn't even taste like chip shop sauce. Maybe I've just been unlucky, judging by all the good reviews, but I certainly wont be in a hurry to go back. There's far better chip shops in Stirling.
Deliverd quick enough. A hamburger came as a deep-fried burgerpattie no bun or anything you would expect from a hamburger not to mention the amount of grease. The chips were gross don't recommend the Brindisi. The pizza was overcooked and had too much sause. The garlic bread was tasteless. My order was placed on just eat on the 8/2/20.
Don't torture yourself with this food not even worth the low prices.
First time in over 20 years I've ordered from here and definitely the last. Pizza base not cooked and chips hard and undercooked. Not acceptable Brindisi . Binned
Delicious as always.

Quick Facts About The Brindisi

The Brindisi place has received both positive and negative comments, indicating a combination of strengths and weaknesses.
One of the strengths identified by customers is the quality of the pizza. One customer stated that it was the best pizza they had ever tasted, highlighting the delicious taste and freshness of the toppings. Another customer mentioned that the pizzas were made fresh in just a few minutes while they waited, indicating the efficiency of the kitchen and the use of fresh ingredients. A value for money proposition is another strength mentioned in the comments. One customer found the prices at The Brindisi place reasonable compared to other establishments. This can attract customers who are looking for good quality food at affordable prices, potentially increasing customer loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals.
However, the comments also highlight some weaknesses of The Brindisi place. One customer mentioned that the toppings fell off easily, which can be seen as a quality control issue. This can lead to frustration for customers and detract from the overall enjoyment of the pizza. Another customer complained about the overcooked and saucy pizza, indicating an inconsistency in the preparation and cooking process.
Negative comments were also made about the chip shop items. One customer mentioned that their chip shop items were overcooked, almost burnt, and lukewarm. Another customer criticized the taste of the chips and the garlic bread, suggesting that the food lacked flavor and quality.
Additionally, one customer mentioned that their hamburger came as a deep-fried burger pattie without a bun or any other expected components of a hamburger. This shows a lack of attention to customer expectations and an inconsistency in menu offerings.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the negative experience with delivery.
