A fantastic carvery this Sunday. Friendly staff, excellent good quality hot food. Three meat selection nine vegetable options.. Great views of beach from seafront indoor earing area. Highly recommend it. We'll done Boat House. We are going back for breakfast this morning!

First time I've ever been here and it won't be the last. Friendly staff, great priced selection of drinks, and don't even get me started on the food. Thought we'd have a quick snack before heading back...how mistaken we were. A chip butty was what seemed to be a whole bag of chips with a buttered cob on the side, and my minute steak bun and chips was half a cow on a bun with a mound of chips. Absolutely faultless. Still can't walk lol. Get here whenever you can.
Great place, don't expect it to look so good inside when you see it from outside. Really nice staff, great choice of drinks and low prices. Would definitely return here!
Located only minutes from the Butlins beach entrance it is very easy to get to.
The pub itself has a great selection of drinks and very cheap.
We had carvery and some children's meals. The carvery was superb. The meat was fantastic and the roast potatoes were some of the best I've had.
The children's meals were great value too.
The treacle sponge was very good with plenty to go at.
A great view over looking the sea.
The staff were extremely friendly.
All in all, a great visit and we will definitely be back.
Great pub. Dog friendly which is a massive bonus. The beach next to it is also dog friendly. Drinks are reasonable price and the food served 11/12 till 4 (I think?) Was pretty tasty too, as were the puddings. Entertainment at night usually karaoke hosted by a few different people every night. Great atmosphere! Food van outside that's part of the pub which is good for a bite to eat too. Food from the van downstairs can be eaten inside too.
Great atmosphere,good selection of drinks,we haven't had any food there but relatives have,they say it can't be faulted ....
Just like my family so so big harted the staff are really really so so friendly they make every one welcome
