I had a great experience at Blue Orchid. Yany did a great job. I had my wedding nails and toes done and they turned out fabulous. I gave her a photo of nail art and she exceeded my expectations. I could not be more pleased with my experience.
I spent over an hour to get this. The next day I realized my nails were lifting, no rounded edges only razor sharp.. I don’t know what to do because mg polish is already chipping all over. So my Nail polish is chipping and I had a party to go to next day (embarrassing to even show my hands) I asked for nail design and tech showed me if I liked, I thought they looked awful, similar to a kid drawing so I had to be honest and told her that I didn’t like after only doing two nails. Nail tech kept attempting to do nail art and she lifted my hand and asked if I liked. I again in said no thank you. She spoke in Spanish (yep, I speak Spanish) and told owner she doesn’t like my design, “it’s too intense for her” ummm no it’s actually a horrible attempt to try a simple design I asked for so I was nice and tried to stop after two nails were horribly done. So she placed acetone and took out all her “art” then placed top coat. I’m no nail technician but I’m sure she was supposed to replace my coat and then place top

I had a dip powder/nail art service with the incredible GiGi for some gorgeous jurassic park themed nails and she absolutely nailed every part of it! My nails look incredible, she was so focused and paid attention to the smallest of details, and i never felt pain for even a second while she was working on them (which is hard to find!). Genuinely the best nail tech i have ever met! She's my permanent Nail Tech! Wish i could give a million stars for the incredible services over at the Blue Orchid! Make sure to ask for GiGi!
Okay so my wife went to The blue orchid nail spa in minneola and received a horrible manicure. She told the tech she wasn’t happy and was still charged and she paid. She messaged the salon in hopes to speak to someone to correct the issue unfortunately they read her message and didn’t respond. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
Two appointments in and I am very pleased. Both nail technicians Gigi and Jenny take the time and care needed for a good experience and their work is top notch. Will continue to book my appointments with them.
Asked for dip nails and a little Christmas cheer! ???? technician was efficient and professional.
I used to go here because the owner who did my nails a few years back was wonderful. I’ve had 2 events that I wanted my nails done a quince, and a confirmation. I went in with my daughter 2x only to tell me that they were not taking appointments. It was not busy, and I was willing to wait. Since then I decided,I’m not going back to a neighborhood business that turned us away twice.
