Got Powder French done for $62 including the soak off of the last set. Soak off was by putting fingers in a bowl which is different but love it much more than the individual foils. Only one nail slightly off and cuticles weren’t touched but honestly my favorite French I ever received ! Make sure to call as they are always busy ; blessed to walk in and see they had time ????SIDE NOTE ; HDTV PLUS OXYGEN ON THE TVS LETS GO

Kim always does my hair cuts as well as color and always does an amazing job! Never been disappointed with my outcome! I’ve been going to her for years and recently she shared a long bob cut & I asked her to cut about 8” off my hair to look like her Instagram inspired photo and I LOVE IT! Also Katelyn did an amazing pedicure for me today! From the start, I was able to call 30 mins prior and get right in on time w/a warm and inviting welcome to finish with gel color on my toes, the sugar scrub & massage and the full service was just flawless! She took her time on my pedicure and I will be asking for her in the future! All the staff here are very friendly & so inviting! Thanks for an amazing, relaxing pedi!!
Lynn and her stuff are awesome and so welcoming. This place became my favourite place to relax and enjoy. Today I got my nails done with Lynn, and my haircut with Kim. I am so happy with the results, and I definitely recommend this salon for every ladies looking for an professional work and reasonable price.
My experience at this nail salon was not the best. I came in with a design in mind, as did my mother, and neither came out as expected. My design was one color on six out of the ten nails, another on the other four, and a snowflake on the four. The nail tech did not tell me she could not do designs very well, and instead tried to figure out how to put a sticker onto my nail...something I have never been offered in my fifteen years of getting my nails done. Also, it is a snowflake...and I am not picky. It could have simply been three intersecting lines and I would have been happy.
I do respect that she tried to complete my request, but she couldn't get the stickers to work, after more than 10 minutes of trying. She then requested another nail technician take over and try - and this tech had 10 years of experience in doing nails. The result was not as expected - my left pinky finger looks like it has a white blob on it because of the nail tech rushing. This was not a difficult design, and I said multiple times that I was fine with a more simple design if that would be easier.
As stated before, if it was communicated that the design was too complex for the skill level of the technician, I would not be as upset with my experience, but as is, it was horrible.
My mother's experience was similar - with a nail technician telling my mother that she could definitely do the design requested and then was not great at the execution - a unique French tip.
If you simply want a color on your nails, this place was great - they spoke English very well and were mostly friendly, but if you want anything more complicated, you're in for disappointment.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment and when I showed up for the appointment I gave them my name and told them what kind of services I desired (regular manicure & pedicure). They asked me to pick out a color; I did then I sat down in the lobby. I got up to walk around after waiting for 30min and the lady behind the desk asked me if I had been helped yet and asked what services I was looking to get. I told her that I had already had an appointment booked, and by this time it was 30min past my appointment time. She said, I'm sorry but we are just SO busy. I was not able to stay because I had no other time that day do to my work schedule so she asked if I could come in the next day. I said yes, I can. So I booked another appointment for the following day. I go the following day, and give them my name, services desired and color. Then, they seat me at a pedicure chair station, run the water for the foot bath and leave. My feet are still in the water and 30 min later I'm still sitting there, so I ask if someone is coming to begin my services soon. They responded I don't know I think they might be stuck in traffic. So I get up from the chair, roll my pant legs down and walk out. Never again Beauty Lounge. Never again.
The best pedicure I've had in a while. The lady did a very good job and I was pleased. However, if you get your eye brows waxed ask the price first. On the website it says 13 I paid 30 and just got a wax nothing special. I'd recommend this place.
Beautiful space, great customer service, and knowledgeable. My expectations were exceeded. If you want to feel pampered and part of a community atmosphere, this is the place.
$265 later...horrible cut & color. I had this done a week ago & it looks like the highlights are 6 mths old. Not sure why my highlights aren't at the roots in the front except for one small strip. Definitely not the color I wanted & the highlights do not go with the color.
