I’ve been coming to Tendencia for years ever since they opened they’re the best hair salon in Doral they all very professional, and kind Bertica is the sweetest of them all always very attended to what you need relaxes you when she washes your hair has special hands I enjoy going to tendencia I recommend this salon. ????
YIPSY is a great colorist :) When I arrived for my appointment, she was attentive and informative during our hair consultation. I showed her what I wanted, and she delivered! However, I had an issue with the person who washed my hair (I believe her name is betty). She definitely needs training or someone to guide her on how to do her job the right way. She doesn't understand proper salon etiquette when it comes to listening to customer requests. I had to tell her more than once to wash my hair gently and not hard or with her nails. I don't know if she didn't understand me, or it's her habit, clumsiness or straight up bad attitude (or perhaps it's time for her to retire). It was intentional and offensive enough to be considered a battery tort. Based on the reviews here, apparently, there is already someone who complained about the same thing. You don't want to end up in court one day for hurting someone's scalp this way. Another issue I had was when I was getting a haircut, the same person was invading my space with a broom and was almost sweeping my shoes with the broom.
Everything else was good, and everyone at the salon was friendly and helpful.
Oh my gosh this is the most incredible place it’s always makes me feel like the princess I just walked out of the palace… Every time I have a gig or a date or I just want to feel like beautiful I go to Tendencia’s and I feel fabulous…

Tuve muy mala experiencia con la señora que lava el cabello ☹️ ella te trata muy mal,te lava muy fuerte,no tiene nada de delicadeza,le dije que porfavor me pasara el cepillo mas suave y me contestó muy grosera,por ella no volveré,lástima porq las chicas arreglan muy bien.
Idania es la mejor ✨ trabaja demasiado bien y te va dejar súper hermosa ! Recomiendo este lugar 100% todos son súper lindas y amables.
This place is amazing!!! I 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re looking for somewhere to do your hair. My hair looks super healthy and amazing after I dyed it blonde. All their workers are attentive and sweet and were all understanding. I love Tendencias!
