I have been coming here for a while now and I always have a great experience. At the beginning of the year I ended up with an injury from work and so I go here to get pedicures and acrylic fills. I LOVE the pedicures, because of my injury my foot needs to be massaged properly and this place is amazing. They are very gentle and the massage is very helpful for me. And my nails always look amazing. I went today to get my nails done and I did a gel pedicure for the first time and was very happy with the results. I also got some Christmas nail art and it’s beautiful. I will keep coming back and recommend this place to people.

So, I decided to get a gel manicure here today and I have never had a bad experience anywhere, but today I was so sad with how bad their customer service was. What happened was that the person who did my manicure seemed pretty nervous to do a manicure, second the ladies came over to check on the persons work and looked at my fingers and were talking in their language and looking at me, and it was very disrespectful. Also, the guy tapped my hands very hard which was very rude, and uncomfortable. Another thing is that good customer service is having conversations with all customers. I’ve never had to complain about a nail salon, but respect is common sense, and no one should ever make their customers uncomfortable

The lady cut my toe nail and I have an infection on both my big toes...uggg had to go to urgent care

Nice and clean. Good proces. The custumer service seems rude wjen you walk In, but I think that just how they talk.

My Grandma is 90 and her toenails grow in a way that are very challenging to take care of on her own. We came here, hoping for help and the woman who cared for my grandma went above and beyond! She soaked her feet for a while and spent about 30 minutes carefully cutting and filing, until my grandma was comfortable again. I'll be forever grateful for the level of care they showed her and will absolutely bring my grandma back the next time she's in need.

Debbie is the best! Always get compliments from people on how nice my nails look. If you had a bad experience that happens everywhere. Sometimes I just believe it takes two to tango. I never do a walk in. Doing an appointment also help them not to have to rush.
