Trecked it from tottenham to try this place. Truly worth it. You walk in to see these oil drums humming and smoking away like old workhorses and you know you've hit the jackpot. Got the jerk pork meal and it's mad good. Strongly spiced, charred, crispy exterior, well rendered fat and tender meat. Absolute vibe in the mouth. Rice and peas are standard... but the chicken stew gravy and the hot sauce make for an illict dalliance. Maybe the hot sauce could be spicier but it's tasty AF.

Wish I lived closer so I could go there more often. Worth travelling across cities for.

Choose your time wisely.

First time I went there for food i was blown away. Great tasting and straight off the grill. Second time I ordered 3 meals, one for my lady, one of me and one for the next day. When i arrived home, to my dismay, three boxes of chicken, just chicken. Be clear on your order.

I went more recently and the pork was nothing but burnt dry. And i was really looking forward to eating the jurk pork/chicken mix meal.

Check before you leave and ask if the food is fresh etc. Otherwise, stunning food.

Wow, delicious !!! Smokey, spicy and very, very tasty. If you really want to blow your mind have the jerk sauce ????️. I recommend the Jerk Chicken Meal and don't forget the gravy ????.

Very busy before and after match days. Remember it's just around the corner from Selhurst Park (Crystal Palace F.C.)

This place has absolutely gone from bad to worst! The food used to be amazing until one of the co-owners died! It started to get bad now it’s the worst place ever! The jerk chicken and pork is so burnt leaving that horrible bitter taste in your mouth! The customer service is appalling, the black Nigerian guy doing the jerk chicken and serving is literally a P’hole, he shouldn’t be allowed to jerk chicken cos he ain’t apart of Jamaican culture and therefore knows nothing about jerk chicken and the history behind it! He has no manners, and thinks he’s talking to his village peoples! My partner bought over £80 worth of jerk chicken and it was a waste of money!! I swear by almighty God! Don’t waste your money at this place!!

Best jerk food we've ever tasted. Plantain is also delicious. Massive queue because it's so good! They struggle managing the queues a bit but it's worth it. We got chicken with gravy, pork, sea bass and plantain. All of it was amazing. The sea bass is phenomenal.

Eating here is a mixed bag. Sometimes the food is fire, sometimes dry and flavourless. I came in last night and the rice was mushy, tasted like it had been mixed with water. Couldn’t taste any gravy. The pork was flavourless. It didn’t have the bite or chew it usually has. Consistency is key especially when prices are going up. I can assume like with most places it’s better to go when it’s busy as you get the food fresh

Best Jerk Chicken in the UK.

Not sure what magic they put in their recipe and smoke but have not been able to recreate it.

Go there once every couple of weeks.

Queues can be long on weekend evenings but that underlines the popularity.
