I stopped into Tangles a couple of weeks ago, because I had a terrible haircut from a different business earlier that day. I was very upset with what had happened, and embarrassed with how I looked. Leslie Lewis greeted me when I first came in, and when she was done with her client took the time to talk with me about my hair, what had happened, and my options. She made time after we spoke to fix my haircut that very same day. I left Tangles feeling much better about my hair, and how I looked. I had a great experience. Thank you so much, Leslie! .
