Always wonderful service. Friendly staff and they alwaus make sure we are happy.

Went there for a gel manicure. They pushed me to hurry up and pick a color. Even though I was early to my appointment. When she was doing my nails I had to ask her to shape them and make them shorter. She was going to start painting them the way they were. She didnt clean the dust off my nails so when she painted them there was dust chunks on them. When I said it wasn't smooth she tried to cut the bumps off of 2 of my nails. In doing so she cut the gel polish off and had to touch it up. Now 4 days after getting it done it is chipping off on the tips. Usually a gel manicure will last me 3 weeks.

My Granddaughter went and had her nails done as a Birthday present from me. There was to much Polish there two nails that had what looks like a tear drop on them. The person that did them, had to fix some of the others as you'll see I am posting. We will not be recommending this service to anyone. They wouldn't even refund at least half the money. Charged her $70 on top of that.I will not be recommmending this business to anyone and I courageing them to go else where. Even wanted her to come back to fix them for a third time. No she's not they should have fixed the problems by the second time.

They did an amazing job on my nails! Full set gel acrylics! Matte black! Coffin style! Super affordable and very professional! I definitely recommend!

The worse service I have ever gotten! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. And never have I EVER had my polish come off within 2 days! I am not from the area and this place was recommended. I paid more than I'm use to thinking I was getting gel polish. Not only is my polish peeling but their not gonna fix it. Would NOT recommend this place.

This place will never receive my business. I called to book an appointment and was hung up on. Very unprofessional.

I used to come here often, they were always able to get me in and did a good job. I tipped well and was a loyal customer. Last week I made an appointment for a Saturday, I show up and the lady said my appointment was yesterday. I said no, I would’ve never scheduled it for Friday as I was out of town. She messed up the appointment and charged me a $10 fee. I asked her if she could waive the fee as I’m a loyal customer, I don’t miss appointments and she screwed up the scheduling. She wasn’t willing to waive the fee one time. They lost me as a customer. ????????‍♀️

There is only 2 nail spa in Maryville and they are rude to paying customers.
