Le always guarantee my satisfaction every time I come here. I should have taken the picture of my nails before she removed it. It was done before Christmas and still look great today. My nails grow super fast so everywhere else I go they gone bad after 1 week. It doesn’t happen whenever I go here to Le. I love how fast and efficient she is. Her 20 plus years experience makes perfection.
Lee is INCREDIBLE. She sees what I ask for, and NAILS IT.
Today I went in and asked her to make my nails look like a picture I found online, and I didn’t think they could possibly turn out any better than the picture, but OMG they are STUNNING.
Besides her flawless and effortless talent and skill, she is just an awesome human. Conversation with her come so easy and she really just feels like a life long friend. I’m happy to know her and LUCKY to have her as my nail girl. ????
My first time manicure was not good, but I think I got the young girl in training. This visit went much better. This time she was actually supervised the whole time and she did the shaping and finishing of my nails. This time they were beautiful nails, and did not look like chicklets chewing gum! I would say to definitely ask questions, and be sure to speak up, especially of you see anything that concerns you. My pedicure was perfect!
Came into the shop on a slow day took less than 5 minutes for me to be seated . Got a gel pedicure done . All white toes. My tech didn’t speak English so I tried my best to communicate with her. She was very nice but I was upset when she was very rough with cutting my cuticles. She nicked me and left my large toe bleeding and aching. She performed proper disinfection on me after I dipped my foot back in the water. But i didn’t notice any sanitization of the cuticle cutter. The only reason I left a tip was because it was a mistake but I do notice that a lot of techs are tougher on dark skin. People still believe that because you have darker skin you can take more pain and that is scientifically inaccurate. Please take more care with dealing with customers cuticles and don’t cut too deep. Pedicure itself was very nice but that cut ruined my service.
My mom and sister and I had a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE here! The nail techs were all very professional and did a great job across the board. Everything was clean and sterile. I will definitely be back!
