Booked online not being from the city. I am a trucker with all the traffic going on Kevin had horrible customer service yes I was late by 15 minutes but have respect and be courteous to a new customer that that’s paying money turned me around and was very rude I had people on the phone and they said that’s very rude and that’s horrible customer service which it is. In that run down shack try to be more nice to new customers
I used to be a customer of the female Barber there. I would like to make a note first that they do not take appointments, you have to sign in and it's first come first serve. The last time I went there some years ago to get a haircut I sat there on a Saturday for an hour and a half waiting for my turn I only wanted to see the lady because that's who regularly cut my hair. There was a guy working there, Kevin, who's the owner, who had come open for an available customer but I did not want to go to him because he was not the normal person that cut my hair. I kind of felt like he took offense to that. That particular Saturday the lady decided to take on a customer who'd just walked through the door, no book signing, and of course no appointment after I'd been sitting there for an hour and a half, at that moment I decided to not go back. I walked out. Today ,10/20/2022, I went back to see if I can get a haircut because my barber was currently unavailable and I was on that side of town. So of course the owner, Kevin, the guy barber who took offence, said that he was "slammed and that he was booked he had no room for me". let me inform you that there was no one in the barber shop except for the one person he had in the chair. He was the only barber there and no one else was in the shop other than him and the person that was in the chair. Please keep in mind that they do not take appointments. I believe this barber shop has an issue with people of the LGBT community. Ijs... There was no offer to come back later, another day, no say of his online orders were full or try to book online nothing just "I'm slammed I can't do it".
If I could give TK custom cuts 10 stars it still wouldnt be enough!! I went in for the 1st time had to make an appointment "I just didn't know" came back got right in and let me tell you how wonderful TK the owner is he made me feel right at home he knew exactly the style I was going for and killed it!!! And men get the HOT SHAVE God as my witness that is the best real shave I have ever had... it had me in Dreamland...that along with the sickest fly'est haircut I have ever had!! Not to mention that hot shave was a must have!! So big shoutout to TK and TK custom cuts you now have a customer for life!!!!....
Found this place online, made a reservation, they sat me promptly, extremely friendly and professional. Told them what I wanted and cut my hair better than expected. This is definitely the place to go in the area

My barber Kevin is the best in town and would highly recommend to anyone! He does amazing work and is very professional and thorough. I appreciate the time, detail, and skill he puts in and always goes above and beyond expectations. Can't say enough about his professionalism and over 15 years as a customer. Thank you!

To begin with, I scheduled an appointment. When I get there he (KEVIN) asks me what we doing today in which I show him 3 clear pictures of my previous haircuts . He basically cut and shaped my hair the way he wanted. Then when I would tell him in the process what I wanted he became rude and very unprofessional telling me he’s got another appointment after me and there’s a communication barrier. The only reason I didn’t walk away was because my haircut wasn’t finished . He refused to look at the pictures as reference and proceeded to cut my hair like he wanted. He left many cuts and rashes on my head. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! TRASH BARBER, TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
