So the first time I went in I miss spoke. And they had a hard time understanding me and gave me a manicure along with my acrylic set. And had to charge me for more.
So I go back to get an acrylic set I set up an appointment for an acrylic set and I go to check out and they have given me a gel nail which is $60 instead of $27….. I didn’t ask for gel I specifically wanted acrylic because I wanted a cheaper nail I did not have the money in my bank account for 20 more dollars. On top of that my nails the links that I have decided they shaved down so much more to wear not even barely over my skin and some nails are flat and some nails around I’ve got two nails that have scuffs in them. I went back in to say some thing after I looked at the receipt outside and she just shook her head like well I don’t know you said you wanted a full set. No I said I wanted a acrylic French tip. Nobody wants to pay $80 for short short nails that aren’t even thick like aryclic. I will literally go to any other nail place in the area. I could’ve gotten two sets done for what I paid today.
We were in town for my husband's work. Went to see Adri at Super Nails for a manicure, and she was fantastic! I loved her care for and attention to my nails. She was so thorough in cleaning and painting my nails. She's also sweet and friendly. I highly recommend her!
Amazing service. Showed technician a photo and we were able to recreate it to my liking. Always friendly and I love that they take walk in clients. I've had a full set and fill recently absolutely no issues.
Amazing deluxe pedicure!
I've been in a few times lately 2 of which I left after waiting over an hour. I have no complaints of the past 2x that the mom did my nails. She is a little rough and could definitely be friendlier but I think it's her personality and possibly the strong accent that comes off gruff. Today I got Mia who seemed sweet and was gentle. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked her if the colors I picked looked like they matched, her response was idk. After trying the colors she got irritated with me and the time I took to pick a different color. I ended up doing the same color I came in with just to get out. She did not paint my whole nail, the polish looks very uneven/streaked. Even my husband isn't happy with the quality and immediately noticed my whole nail is lacking polish. Very disappointed. Taking pictures of my nails just showed even more that I hadn't seen.
Love how they always accommodate us!! Very sweet and helps me get my nails just right!
Walked in without an appointment and didn't have to wait long. Pedicures are great!
I was in town for a wedding and was easily able to make an appt for the next day. They were ready for me right away and had a good selection of colors. I had two different techs for the services. Both were friendly and did a beautiful job. The price was reasonable and they've lasted perfectly for well over a week now. I hadn't realized that the brand new earbuds I had used on and off during my appt had fallen out of my bag. Later that evening I got a call and text from the owner (or another employee, not really sure) that she had found it. Unfortunately I wasn't going to be able to pick it up due to needing to return home. She mailed it to me and would not accept any payment for her trouble or expense! Great experience and above and beyond service!
Love all of the girls! They do a Super job every visit!
