My mom and I got our nails done. Never to long of a wait. The girls on the right are much better at nails than the girls on the left. The first lady to the right does awesome eyebrows. My issue is they don't have enough fun colors. I want chrome and nice bright colors.
Awesome place treated my five year granddaughter like a princess while she did her nails n pedi!! Love that they have special chairs just for them..
Good service, big place. Maybe going during the week before 5pm is a good idea because the place is not so busy then.

My niece recently had her nails done here and the man who did them didn’t do them properly and it cost too much money for a horrible job done. They only lasted 1 week; 5 of her nails fell off. So my mother took her up there and was told they were going to fix her nails. Unfortunately she ended up waiting 1 hour to even be seen and it wasn’t even packed. They were just skipping her on purpose I imagine since she wasn’t paying this time around why not let her wait. So I called her and told her to let them know that was horrible customer service for having her wait since wasn’t her fault that her nails weren’t done right the first time. After all the wait they finally let her in the chair, so my niece asked the lady since her nails keep popping off if she can just redo the set because she doesn’t trust the job done wrong from before. The lady told her she wasn’t going to redo them and that she would be fine. Why once she got home another one popped off??? I’m disgusted by their lack of customer service. For a nail salon that’s over priced they should be giving you excellent customer service. So if you cherish your money and feel that customer service is important don’t come here st all!!!!! I will not have my niece return here ever again!!! I will take her somewhere else where they VALUE CUSTOMERS. So they lost a customer forever. And of course I’m going to warn my friends not to go here either. Businesses like these should not prosper. MY ADVICE: DON’T GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO I WOULD! THUMBS DOWN!!!!
This place does great work. My nails are always just the way I want them. Queen (station 8) and the owner at station 1 are the absolute best at nails and brows. However, I will not give this place a 5 only because you will wait forever to be seen, even with an appointment. I repeat. You will wait FOREVER!!!The wait will be worth it but still. The best time to come is during the week EARLY. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the worst days to come. If you can, go on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before school let’s out with time on your hands. Hope this helps!
I enjoyed my experience. I just don't like the fact they don't take appointments, so if you want a particular technician you will be sitting for a while! Overall I had a wonderful experience and my nails were slayer honey!
