Great value for money and nice food.

We went in Friday and there was a good 12 people in front of us, we waited half an hour but it was worth the wait.

No inside dining but some tables outside to munch on while looking at the hills.

Great staff x

Food was absolutely phenomenal but 3 stars (make that 2 considering the rude response) for the …1.5 hour wait on Saturday evening. Queue was out the door but did not expect to have to wait that long ????

Not the politest of responses from whoever responds to the reviews! Can see it’s a bit of a regular occurrence to be rude to those who give criticism. Yes it was an extremely hot day however one staff member cooking and one staff member taking orders, money and fulfilling the orders in what’s probably the busiest month of the year. Probably be better to employ more staff, it was nothing to do with the heat.

Surely seeing a queue outside the door is a good thing hence why I waited. Giving a negative response just drives people away from your business!

Absolutely lovely food!

Had a little wait for fish and a pizza + garlic bread but completely understandable as really busy and cooking food to order so didn't mind waiting.

I'm staying at presthaven and after reading reviews for on-site chippy decided to get our traditional last night takeaway from here and so very glad I did! Spot on! Really can't express how good food was.

Fantastic chippie! Had fish chips peas and fruity curry which was brilliant! They also sell roe in batter which not many places do! Well werth a try. Another family member had chicken pie which was warmed in the microwave instead of cooked in an oven so all the pastry around the edge had gone rock hard. Very slow service but knew this as I'd already read the reviews so was prepared to wait as it also said food amazing, which other than the pie was! Definitely would go again and can recommend. Friendly staff ok prices.

Well worth the short walk outside the park and so much cheaper than the rip off on site chippy huge choice of food (if it's in )caution on the spicy curry.that was a bit hot under the collar.but lovly portions and decent food.

Lovely food, great prices and friendly staff. Best chippy around. I will not be going anywhere else in future.
