I’d love to come into your shop and be greeted like a valued customer who is appreciated rather than an inconvenience. If I could give you zero stars, I would. You have poor reviews because your customer service is lacking. And don’t tell a customer that you can do their nails and make them wait and then tell them that you can’t do powder dip and you can only do gel to force them to come back later. It’s what the customer wants that matters, NOT what you feel like doing at the moment. This is supposed to be a place of relaxation and pampering, and where a customer can go for self care. I never feel that way in your salon. Shame on you for not caring more about your customers. I’m never coming back.

Visited with my husband 3 weeks ago. We both really enjoyed our pedicures, they were done very well and with no pain. My nails were done by the husband and he did a fantastic job! I finally found someone who does them right. This is today...3 weeks later and they still look great!
Spent less than 10 minutes on my nails and refused to do a simple and easy design. Rude and almost dead silent the entire time. While her partner was quick and efficient at doing my mothers nails, the woman’s work was completely unsatisfactory and my nails were messed up before I even left the building. There’s plenty of other nail places in the area and I suggest going to one of those.

First time client for manicure and pedicure. Cindy did my nails and she was awesome. Minimal small talk which I appreciate since I'm there to relax. Also, she didn't chat with other staff or check her phone. Nothing distracted her and best of all, she is a great nail tech. Prices are a bit more than some places but I'll pay for the quiet attention.
My 16-year-old daughter who bites her nails incessantly went in for a full set. She barely has any nail on her fingers and they popped off the next day. Any salon with professionalism or ethics would have told her that the nails wouldn't stay on with the lack of nail on her fingers.
I have been a regular pedicure customer of Linda's for years. The salon is clean , quiet, professional & relaxing. Linda although busy, always does a great job!
