My 1 store I love it great atmosphere, great people love it, love Tina she so sweet...
My first time going to this store I was looking for a wig for myself because the other beauty supply didn’t have any good ones. So I walk in no Hello how are you? Also this lady was bougie the whole time! She was talking to her friend or whatever I had to ask for a wig and she had an attitude the whole time! I payed an expensive price for the wig! I went in for the second time. Knowing me I thought you as a store owner should help your customers and get what they needed! But when I went up to the cash register she was there on her phone I asked may I get a wig. She said Honey you got to pick the wig you can’t just ask with out picking one. Okay well who is going to help me get the wig when I can’t go behind the counter! It was a boy in there very nice helped me with my wig but this woman is way to Bougie to have a store!! If you can’t welcome your customers and see to it they get the help they need you honestly need to close it!! Very disrespectful!
Went to the new location, looks nice but I didn't feel comfortable. One of the lady's who worked there was staring at me the whole time from the minute I walked in. A guy then came in about 5 minutes later "jokingly" stating that I looked like a thug. I tried to ignore the statement while I was checking out even when he " sarcastically " starting mentioning drugs to me. Don't think I'll be returning to this location.
They didn't have the hair I was looking for, but they had the colorful hair... that I really loved.
They welcome you with a smile ,when you enter the store.assist you with there help.always greet you also with a hello.and have nice day.
The ladies that work here are very helpful!
I loved the store. It has a large selection of beauty supplies. Clean and spacious enough. I found everything I needed.
They always have an attitude and always want to act bougie. They never want to help nobody. Just poor customer service ????????
