A real gem, Daryl is a born showman, its a great community atmosphere.

Spectacular food beautifully cooked, we asked for 4 breakfasts after 11:30, and the comedy show started, we even got our breakfasts cooked to perfection, it's dog friendly too.

Friendly little cafe. Enjoyed visiting and I like the menu - all cooked fresh

Great little cafe with great banter and good food and good coffee will definitely visit again when we are working near seaford from the boys from PETWORTH

Love Sub Station.. It's our very own Seaford community café.. The place to go for fab food and coffee and conversation... Either with friends or on your own. Always great people to chat to... And lots of laughs and smiles with Daryl the owner. ????.

Update July 2020.... Sub Station is now open again with Social Distancing and additions to the menu.... So good to be back having coffee with Daryl and family and friends... A new look inside but still a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of food and drinks and ice cream to brighten up our days after months of Lockdown! ????????☕????????????????

Update November 2020...we are in Lockdown 2 and Daryl has kept Sub Station open for takeaways.. Everything available from the menu.. Either phone or pass by.... Meet a friend and take cappuccino into the Churchyard and catch up with the News from round the town!

Fantastic choice of subs and the hardest thing is figuring out what to have personal choice is the Road Kill... chips, burger, chicken and bacon all in a sub roll what's not to like. Keep up the good work I can't wait to come in for a full on breakfast.

Update..... still fantastic food and great banter with Darryl cooking all by himself with a fool shop of customers but no reduction of quality... keep it up

Amazing subs and best place to grab lunch. Fresh, tasty and good prices. Lovely coffee too ☕. Owner a super friendly lad that will put a smile on your face. Highly recommend and will be back regularly.
