This took place at Studio 8 Salon on Elk Grove Florin on Apr 29th.
I went to your shop to have individual eyelash extensions done and now I am suffering from a cornea abrasion due to glue being dropped into my eye by the owner there, named Susan. She is the manager there and she treated me with such disrespect, that I was crying on my way out of the shop. I was humiliated infront of her customers and staff. She showed no remorse and didn't apologize. She basically made me feel like it was my fault and told me I wasted her time and that I should be glad she didn't charge me. She even tried to force me to sign a consent form for the lashes, after she injured my eye.
I went to the ER immediately afterwards and was told that there isn't scratches but a splash present on my cornea and that I have an abrasion.
I am a full time nursing student and I work weekends. Due to this incident I now have to take off from clinicals, miss study hours for school and miss work.
*Warning* Whoever is reading this, don't go to studio8salon to get your eye lashes done by Susan or you may end up like me or even worse.
I live almost an hour away from this salon but I will always come here to get my hair and nails done. All the ladies are so wonderful and accommodating. They make sure that you are happy with the end results and they are understanding of what you want. These are my favorite looks from them on separate occasions.
I Paid 280 for something totally opposite of what I asked for. I asked for blonde high lights with more blonde even showed a picture. I got brown hair. I felt that she messed up my hair when they kept looking at the same spots while they were washing my hair out. She knew it came out patchy so to cover her self she put brown all over my hair. She told me it will lighten with time. My hair is brown. With a hint of high light. I was expecting to be almost blonde. Waste of my money and time. I will not go back.
Zen is the best, she's young and petite gql. HOWEVER, she's very quick and does great jobs on my fade. Highly recommended, and go there for a relaxing pedicure too! Doesn't matter might gender you are, you all need to show your feet some tlc too.
Loan did a great job with my eyelash extensions, brow & lip waxing. Also a great price! I will definitely be back. Thank you Loan!
I usually go to just get my side's cleaned up fresh facial cut, great service ,awesome employees. this is the only place I go for a cut. thank you
She had me return the groupon when I first got there and had me buy it again which I did to help her out. I got my eyelashes done and My eyebrows done. She offered to wax my eyebrows so I let her, she waxed off part of my eyebrow. I called when my lashes started falling off and they wouldn't return my call. My eyelashes started falling off the day after they put them on. I feel like because I used a Groupon, she rushed through my visit.
The hair stylist was told clearly what to do and how to cut my hair but she literally DID NOT listen and now I am basically bald. She shaved off all my hair, I went from a full head of hair to almost none. I am very unsatisfied with the quality and she did not even apologize. I am very upset, i do not recommend this place to anyone for a haircut.
