If the front range has an open parcel of land, expect a housing project to sprawl into it.. the Google picture of Stroh ranch was true and beautiful maybe six, seven years ago, not so much now.

Amazing neighborhood with great schools and amenities!!

I haven't even drove in but it gives you the appeal that it's private. I think in my stay in Parker that it's exclusive and love that Parker has a bit of country with it's existence so close to Denver I hope it keeps it's aura. Parker is most comfortable suburb of Denver I have experienced.!!! I would raise a family here... Very friendly town and over all positive community which says alot these days!!!!!!

Nice areas, houses are in great shape. Access to ask local Douglas county and Cherry Creek trails. HOA hads finally lightened up on inspections and warnings.

Stroh Ranch is such a great subdivision. Single family homes, townhouses and condominiums. They had an indoor and large outdoor pool area. Gym, clubhouse and outdoor volleyball. Great location, close to schools and walking distance to shopping.
