The left is what I asked for and the right is what I received. Super unsatisfied and upset with my hair as I had long hair for 2 years before this cut. I gave specific instructions and even showed the picture and it is nothing remotely close even though he assured me he knew what he was doing. Would never recommend and do not plan on coming back here ever.
Great old school barber experience. Prices are totally fair and no complaints about the cuts. Will be back.
Third time I was turned away at 5:30pm. Doors wide open but the guy cutting hair just says "we're closed. Come back tomorrow". I won't give a negative star review tho. Just wished they had better customer service.

Bad, unprofesional experience.
I made an appointment, and arrived on time, but got told "15-20 minute wait " ok no problem, these things happen.
But after 20 minutes of waiting after my appointment time, the barber had finished one haircut, and just started cutting a 2nd guys hair. I guess the REAL wait time was 30-40 minutes.
Pretty disappointed that the reservation wasn't respected, but at least they could have told me the truth about the wait time....
This is a Barbershop. If you are extra fancy and need someone to build up your ego… or cater to your ocd…. Or want a 3 hour salon “experience “ … remember this is a barbershop. If you want a good cut at a good value this is a solid option. Don't go to a burger place and order sushi.
I've only had John cut my hair so far but they do a really good job. Love the old fashion Barber shop experience.
