Fabulous coffee, friendly staff but extremely slow service , not a huge queue either . I'm not quite sure how I feel about their earpiece communication. I get it .... it's more professional than shouting to a colleague in busy periods, and it's less time-consuming than looking for a colleague but it's seems to be abused and used un necessary as a chat line . A bit more customer service please .
Absolutely shocking service all very miserable but worst was the state of the place the floor stinking with sand dirt and hair and the sills covered with the same with other things on the floor hasn’t been cleaned for weeks by looks of it! I had to ask if they could wipe the seats and chairs to sit down ????‍♂️ Coffee comes in a cardboard cup and poor quality never go there again!!!
They had technical issues at the drive through so I was stuck in the qué behind other cars which made me late for work. I just drove out with no coffee. Went in later in the day and used the loo no soap in toilet went to use the accessable loo to wash hands loo was full and did not flush no sign up saying out of use? there was soap so put that on hands but no water! as the tap was broken. Service was also slow in the Caffe. Best of luck
It’s a Starbucks, nothing amazing here. Coffee was good enough although expensive for what it is. Service was ok, friendly enough staff. Though if always feels like it takes a long time to make your order and they always prioritise drive through customers. No real charm or an appealing atmosphere, but at the end of the day, they serve caffeine!
Nice place, good location, unfortunately they didn’t have the drink I wanted so had to drive to cross hands to get it instead - thankfully it’s not far and one road
Visited late Saturday afternoon on the 18th Feb 2023 and it was very poor. The majority of tables were dirty, the temperature was cold and the team indifferent. 2 staff members were not busy and could have cleared the tables.
Disappointing on this occasion.
I've used this drive thru numerous times and it's consistently good. Friendly team, very quick and great drinks.
It is situated in the car park of Morrisons and there is an adjacent fuel station so altogether this is a great place to stop off.
Shocking staff, waited 8-10 minutes at the ordering point to silence, drove round to the window to see the staff all chatting instead of doing any work. One of them answered the window telling me to go back around, no apologies or willingness to admit their mistake.
Save your money and go to one of the independent places in town.
