As any Starbucks good staff polite and clean bit small and hard to find a good place to sit down inside I will give 3 stars good location as I don’t need to be recommended as it’s name speak to himself

Weird to say about a coffee shop, but it smells amazing in there and is extremely enticing. Lovely treats and drinks - the company and friendliness isn’t much, but the speed and tastiness of orders make up for it.

I went in around 5 pm to pick up my usual coffee and pain au chocolate. Come to find out that the entire baked treats section had a swarm of flies and other insects walking all over the pastries! The two baristas didn’t seem to care. I would avoid buying any food left in the open. The coffee was good as usual.
Ordered a Java Chip Frapp but had no Java Chips in there!
So disappointing and annoying that every store makes drinks differently. Are all baristas not trained the same way? Does it not make sense to put java chips in a Java Chip Frapp??

The young Filipino girl served me was rude non stop arguing with me , when I asked for the manager she lied to me saying I have to a wait bit longer as the manager sat outside the shop , the manager was very polite apologies to me as this young rude Filipino girl non stop mouthing towards me
Now I understand why customer change to Pret or Costa rather than Starbucks because of this type of useless staff…
