Staff taking the order was friendly and knowledgeable however the staff making the drinks were too busy discussing last nights antics, they didn't speak or even give eye contact right up until the laboured thank you once the drinks were finally made. They reminded me of a toy with almost dead batteries. There was no atmosphere here at all, however the drinks and cake were nice. It was just a shame these 2 ladies had no life in them.

Lovely place for a hot drink, a wide range. I'm gluten intolerant and they don't do anything to eat!!! I find that quite appalling, especially something sweet. That's why I like costa, they have gf dessert options ????

Beautiful location, gluten free options, nice coffee and food is exceptional.

Certain members if staff could do with a lesson in public relations but the quality of food compensates for this by a long shot.

I had the pie and would consider driving up from East Yorks for another one, i still dream about it.

It's generally a good experience here. the drinks are always hot, when going through the drive through and because it's out the way, it's not that busy when you decide to sit in.

The staff are nice, especially Rita (no we're not on name terms haha)... it's just that she's always pleasant.

Always enjoy a star shmucks as me and my misses have got stuck on calling it ???? never come across a unhappy or unhelpful employee at any of the branches iv visited and our fuzzy family love them too

Recently visited the store, service was terrible! I was waiting at the till (inside) for around 5-10 minutes while other staff were serving on the drive thru, while another barista was having a conversation with a member of the public (possibly a friend / boyfriend) she completely ignored myself and my friend. We had to wait to be served by someone off the drive thru. There was also only 1 clean table in the whole cafe, dirty cups and takeaway cups were just left! While visiting I witnessed other customers having to tidy their own tables.

Been in twice this week and unfortunately every table has cups and rubbish on from previous customers, extremely unclean and dirty floors. I’d understand if it was busy but staff are just talking behind the counter.

Well the coffee was disgusting. It was a very bitter roast. For a so called coffee specialist that os a fundamental failing. The cleanliness akso left a lot to be desired especially the washroom. We avoid Starbucks in the furture
