Hier kann man recht angenehm seinen Kaffee schlürfen, während draussen das Auto lädt.

Good coffee. In a China mug. This is so much better than soggy paper cup. Decent muffin too. Expensive of course, and four ladies behind counter still make service slow, when there are no other customers

Had one of the worst and most flavourless hot chocolates I have tasted here, ended up just leaving it almost full. The cinnamon bun was quite dry but a chocolate twist tasted nice once heated up.

Drinks were served in takeaway cups which were an additional charge. Would be nice to have a proper mug but the drink would still have been tasteless.

Service was ok and what I come to expect from motorway services.

Nice coffee,plenty of seats inside and out,good place to take a break.

Messy and dirty, service insanely slow, people who ordered after me received theirs first. Needs some management as it seems like workers struggle and don't really know what's going on. Drinks were nice when we finally got them.

Staff are clearly overworked with both the drive thru and the main shop to deal with. Only two staff on duty when I was there, and queues rapidly building up both in the shop and in the drive thru lane. I suspect this was what caused them to make a mistake with my drink - giving me cream when I had asked for none. However, they were mostly quite helpful and friendly, which is probably the best thing that can be said about this location.

The photo was taken after my visit (I got my coffee indoors) but is a great representation of how understaffing is causing massive delays in the ordering (and recieving) process. I timed one car and it took around 8 minutes from the back of the lane for them to finish placing an order - in other words, to move forward 2/3 car-spaces. I would have waited to find out how long it would take for them to pick up their coffee (another 4 car-spaces), but I did not have the time.

tl;dr: Avoid making even slightly complex orders and be prepared for a long wait!
