Popped in for a coffee and was met by Tom, Nicky and Lewis. Really friendly group of staff, extremely welcoming and great coffee! Will be back.
My second go to Starbucks.
Staff turnover is a problem which impacts service. But its close to work, and the coffeeI MHO is better than Fego's, Costa and Ann-Marie's
This is my local coffee shop, it is amazing. The staff are fantastic and they always serve with a smile. Great tasting coffee and clean cafe.
Disappointed in a big way. No soap of any kind in the washrooms and the hand blower is not fit for use. Ordered a breakfast tea, they gave me a Earl Grey without telling me.....I took it back and they said, they were out of breakfast tea, so gave me that instead...REALLY !! Obviously do not have a clue about tea. No excuse for anything, especially when the place was empty (Friday 28th Oct at about 3.30pm) and there were three staff on duty. For some stupid reason, I thought that because it was on the High Street in Ascot it would be a bit above the others...this was the worse one I have visited in all of the UK. It was also run down and needs a bit of tidying up.
Changing this after 3 years going here.
This place is now bit of a joke for a morning coffee.
Not sure what's going on but they are never ever open on time, constantly changing its opening times or just flat out being closed an hour after its meant to be open citing staff shortages that have been going on for over a year.
Costa up the road, which is terrible, has never had this issue.
Guys please sort it out.
